Once you place an AirTag inside the secure pocket on the back of your collar accessory, you simply slide the elastic onto a collar.

AirTag is an Apple product used to keep track of valuables. Although not meant to track people, it has become a popular way to track our precious four legged members of the family. Once an AirTag is connected to your iOS device through the “Find My” feature, you can track in real time the location of your pup in the event he/she is lost. It also gives peace of mind for when your dog is at doggy day care or out with a dog walker while you are at work or away on vacation. At $29, AirTags offer a more economical solution compared to competitor brands that offer GPS enabled collars that cost an average of $100+, with less customization options. Another advantage of the AirTag is that the battery lasts up to one year, so no hassles having to charge on a regular basis! Our AirTag enabled collars offer a discrete way to track your dog, so in the event your dog is found in the wrong hands, the tracker is less likely to be discovered and removed.

Are AirTags included with the purchase of a Nina & Theo product?

No. AirTags are a separate purchase. They cost $29 and can be found at major retailers like Apple, Target, Amazon, etc.

What is an AirTag compatible with?

Are the accessories waterproof?

All Nina & Theo products and Apple AirTags are water resistant only. If your pup plans on being fully submerged in water, it is recommended to take the accessory off.

How Do I care for my product?

1. Wipe off dirt, buildup, and other surface contaminants.

2. Using a soft, lint-free cloth (e.g. microfiber), apply a small amount of leather conditioning cream onto your product and lightly massage it in circular motions until fully coated.

3. Dry for 1 hour. Some color lifting is natural.
